Minor

The following guidelines must be observed to obtain a minor.
1. Complete 18 semester hours in a subject area outside the student’s
basic discipline.
2. Maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.50 in the minor.
3. Take a minimum of 12 semester hours in the minor in residence at
Brenau.
4. Have an appropriate mix of upper level and foundation courses in the
minor, with at least nine hours at the 300 or 400 level.
The following minor programs are specifically described in this program
plan: business, conflict resolution and legal studies, dance, English, fashion merchandising, gender studies,
history/political science, international studies, mass
communication, mathematics, music, psychology, Spanish and theatre. Hours
for a minor may not be counted for in the student's major. |
