Brenau College by Dr. H. J. Pearce, Brenau Academy was established to
provide high-quality secondary education for young women. Brenau Academy's
program is designed to foster the growth of an open and inquiring mind and
to prepare graduates for admission to college.
The purpose of Brenau Academy is
implemented by means of small classes that allow for individual attention.
The small student body provides greater opportunity for leadership
experiences. Because of Brenau University's proximity, its facilities,
faculty members, and cultural programs are available to Academy students.
Brenau Academy is accredited by the
Commission on Secondary Schools of the
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (1866 Southern
Lane, Decatur, Georgia 30033-4097: Telephone number 404-679-4501) to award
