Do you feel you have a learning disability that was never diagnosed?  The Brenau Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (BCCPS) offers high quality counseling and assessment services, provided by Masters level student clinicians who are supervised by licensed therapists.   BCCPS provides low cost, confidential counseling and psychological services to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families from diverse populations across the greater Gainesville area.

Adults with learning disabilities who want to return to school will find Brenau offers a supportive way to receive a college degree. Students can take classes during the day and live in Brenau houses for students over twenty-two years of age.  The Learning Center is available for academic support.

Many adults are enrolled in programs scheduled during the day in a variety of degree programs.  The University also offers degree programs in business administration, education, nursing, and interior design for adult learners in its evening and weekend program.

I offer this advice as I reflect on those occasions when I wish I had taken greater advantage of academic opportunities available to me. I remember professors who were walking treasure troves waiting to be opened, and I wish now I had been more assertive.
