Where to turn once you're in Gainesville: going N on E.E.Butler
( from I-985 or US 29N)

Pearce Auditorium and Centennial Park, seen from Boulevard.  You are in the main campus area.  Look for yellow parking spaces to the left of Pearce.

From Atlanta
Take I-85 north to I-985 north. Take exit 22 off I-985 and turn left onto Hwy. 129. Go through seven traffic lights. Turn right on Washington Street, which will take you onto the campus.

From Chattanooga
Take I-75 south to exit 290, which is marked hwy. 20, in Cartersville, Ga. Follow hwy. 20 east through Canton and toward Cumming. Before you reach Cumming, turn left onto hwy. 369. Stay on hwy. 369 for about 40 minutes, it will take you into Gainesville. In Gainesville, turn left onto E.E. Butler Road, and then  right onto Washington Street, which will take you onto the campus.
If you missed the left turn onto 369, follow hwy.20 through Cumming until it intersects I-985 in Buford.  Take I-985 north to exit 22.

From Dahlonega and Ga. 400
Follow Ga. route 60 to Gainesville.  When the street forks, go left (E.E. Butler Drive).  Shortly after the fork, turn left onto Brenau Avenue.  Follow Brenau Avenue to Boulevard and Centennial Circle.  Pearce Auditorium is the largest building and has a tall black roof.  Visitors please use yellow parking spaces.

From Greenville, S.C.
Take I-85 south to Georgia (you will stay on I-85 for about an hour). Take the Jefferson, Ga., Hwy. 129 exit, and head west on Hwy. 129, which will take you into downtown Gainesville. In Gainesville, turn right onto Washington Street, which will take you onto the campus. 

From North Carolina (US 74), Blairsville, Cleveland
Take US 129 south.  In North Carolina, follow the turn from US 74 to US 129 toward Atlanta.  Head south through Blairsville and Cleveland all the way into Gainesville.
