Fall Sports of Softball and Tennis enjoying success.
At the midpoint of the season the Tigers softball team is enjoying a good season despite suffering recent losses to nationally ranked Lee University and North Greenville College. The Tigers are moving into the heaviest part of the season with upcoming games against Reinhardt and Shorter Colleges. It is hoped that star pitcher Marisa Litser will be able to return to action following illness which prevented her from participating in the last two contests.
The Tigers tennis team welcomed Paula Ghilardotti back from injury and with her help were able to record successive 5-4 victories against number 13 Shorter College and number 20 Lee University. Their next match will be in Rome at the Shorter Blast-off tournament. The Tigers are 5-1 in the SSAC and 8-6 overall.
